We provide an on-line and telephone fault logging facility.
UK and European coverage is provided from our technical helpdesks based in Sunbury, Middlesex and, via our Nationwide engineering force.
How to Report a Fault
If you have discovered a technical fault with an item of audiovisual or videoconferencing equipment, regardless of whether it was purchased through Impact Marcom, please complete the on-line Fault Log Form, alternatively telephone our call centre on 01932 733733.
Services
Technical Helpdesks
Manned, telephone and video technical helpdesks, provide support to both audiovisual and videoconferencing users. In addition our technicians are skilled in provide PC support where its use is part of an AV/VC system.
The helpdesks were set up to meet the growing demand for instant access to expert technical support, often preventing the need for an on-site visit.

Our dedicated videoconferencing helpdesk offers advice and guidance via both telephone and video, and provides support to Tandberg, Polycom and Sony videoconferencing and audio conferencing products.
UK and European Service coverage
Our field engineers are strategically placed, offering full UK and European support.
We offer a same day or next working day response to all contract calls. For non-contract customers there is a small call-out charge.
Whilst every endeavour is made to rectify a fault on-site occasionally items need to be removed to our repair centre, or returned to the manufacturer under warranty, for contract customers we can provide temporary back up equipment dependant on contract type.

All Videoconferencing products are covered, including desktop, set top and roll-about units, bridges, hubs and routers together with all associated codecs, monitors and cameras.
Audiovisual & Multimedia
We provide technical support to all audiovisual products which includes- Projection equipment, control equipment, display equipment including TV's, monitors, plasma screen displays, switchers, amplifiers, speakers, audio units, equipment racks, interactive whiteboards, electronic whiteboards, TV distribution, edit suites, items used for broadcast, TV distribution, media streaming
All work guaranteed
All chargeable work carried out is guaranteed for a period of 3 months, this guarantee runs from the last logged site visit.
Our engineers are manufacturer trained and are capable of on-site fault diagnosis and in most cases on-site repair, thus minimising product downtime.
For non-contract customers there is a small call-out charge.
