We provide a consultative approach to our maintenance support, creating bespoke packages to suit individual requirements.

Alternatively we offer four packages that cover the most popular requirements for service and maintenance.

Platinum

This service includes access to our telephone helpdesk, 6-monthly preventative maintenance visits, the cost of any replacement parts required to repair your system and a guaranteed next day response time~ to calls. In the event the equipment needs removing from site we offer free loan equipment. This all- inclusive scheme removes any uncertainty from budget planning and offers the ultimate support package for your equipment and your business.

Gold

This service includes access to our telephone technical help-desk, 6-monthly preventative visits, the cost of any parts required to repair your system and a guaranteed next day response time to calls. This all inclusive scheme removes any uncertainty from budget planning and offers the ultimate support package for your equipment and business needs.

Silver

In addition to the telephone help desk and 6-monthly preventative maintenance visits, our field service engineers can be accessed on a guaranteed next day response time to attend any equipment faults. The cost of genuine call-outs is included in the subscription and any parts required for the repair of the fault will be charged at competitive commercial rates. This scheme is popular with clients where the system is important to their business and who demand some predictability in their budgets.

Bronze

This entry-level scheme is designed to offer periodic maintenance visits and full access to the Impact Marcom telephone helpdesk. This pay as you go approach to curative maintenance may be preferred by clients to whom planned budgets are not a factor and the next day call-out will suit an installed system, which is not business critical.
