- All equipment undergoes a pre delivery inspection to ensure that there are no technical issues on installation.
- An address book is loaded onto the system and the videoconferencing system is registered with our videoconferencing helpdesk.
- Installation of the videoconferencing system includes set up of display devices and cabinets.
- The system is connected to the network and the system is tested via dialling back to our videoconferencing helpdesk and other customer locations.
- Onsite user training is given as part of our videoconferencing installation service.
