Set up

Set up of the audiovisual equipment is usually done on the first morning of the trial. An Impact Marcom technician will install and test the audiovisual equipment as soon as the Court building is open. The technicians will also provide user training if required.

Support during the trial

We understand the importance of timing and urgency if things go wrong. The audiovisual equipment supplied is all of industrial quality and breakdowns are rare.

In the event of an equipment failure our hire desk will send a technician for on site support, or with replacement equipment as soon as possible.

End of trial

It is not usually possible to know how long a court case will last, all Impact Marcom 'Evidence in Court' equipment bookings are open ended. As soon as a case finishes we will attend court to remove the equipment.
