Once you are registered with us you will be able to return at any time to complete payment or see the history of your past orders. We will send you an email confirming that we have received your order information.

Delivery, Shipping and Handling
Items held in stock will usually be dispatched within 5 working days using an overnight delivery service; occasionally we may use one of our own delivery vehicles. At the point of delivery the items must be checked and signed for. If you order a product that is out of stock, or we anticipate a longer than average delivery time - we will contact you, we may also offer you an alternative model number or product.

Delivery Charges - UK
Impact Marcom delivers to any business, educational establishment or government organisation.
Impact Marcom will deliver to most UK mainland and Northern Ireland addresses. For customers in UK outlying areas of Orkney and the Shetlands and those from the Channels Islands and Isle of Man, please call our sales team for special delivery and pricing arrangements.

The charges for delivery within the UK mainland is calculated as follows:-
Order value up to £1,000.00 = £15.00 per consignment
Order value £1,000.00 - £1,800.00 = £25.00 per consignment
Order value over £1,800 = £50.00 per consignment
Order value £1,000.00 - £1,800.00 = £25.00 per consignment
Order value over £1,800 = £50.00 per consignment
