Audiovisual and videoconferencing technical helpdesks, provide support via telephone and an in-house videoconferencing support suite, this suite supports Sony, Tandberg and Polycom videoconferencing products.

In addition our technicians are skilled in providing PC support where its use is part of an AV/VC system.

The helpdesks were set up to meet the growing demand for instant access to expert technical support, often preventing the need for an on-site visit.
